My Approach

Building and maintaining a trusting relationship with clients is central to Andrea’s practice. She pictures therapy as a journey where she walks alongside the client – going at your pace, empathizing, and truly learning what your experience is like. Although she utilizes CBT and Solution-Focused Interventions frequently, Andrea also believes understanding and processing the past plays an important role in healing. Andrea strives for her office to be a safe and welcoming space for all people regardless of background and provides affirming therapy to LGBTQIA+ persons.
