My role is to listen without judgment and to meet you with compassion. Since vulnerability is one of the most difficult skills to practice, I promise to provide a safe space to empower you to bravely share your story.
Everyone comes to therapy with individual needs, which is why your goals determine my therapeutic style. I will practice holistic individualized strategies using a trauma-informed perspective. My theoretical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other best practices to best assist you as you work toward your goals.
