I am honored to have worked with children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and couples in residential treatment settings, community mental health agencies, and in private clinical practice. I take a meaning-centered approach to therapy and utilize aspects of existential therapy, rational-emotive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy in my approach.
Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Couples Counseling, Behavioral Challenges, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Pre-Marital Counseling, Personality Disorders, and Spiritual Issues.
My purpose is to join you in your unique adversities to help make meaningful changes in your life. I understand that my clients seek help at times when they feel at their lowest or when they are stuck in seemingly impossible dilemmas. I believe that it takes strength and courage to seek help and to be vulnerable with a clinician. Therefore, I endeavor to create a safe, supportive relationship in which I hope to help you to live out your values and find meaning in life despite the difficult circumstances that you face. Your individual needs determine goals and treatment in therapy, and I hope to provide compassion, insight, humor, and tools to contend with life’s difficulties.
