My Approach

As a therapist, my goal is to offer a safe space where all individuals, no matter their background, feel truly seen and heard. I understand that every individual’s journey is unique and powerful, and I am committed to providing a warm, laid back, non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore and process life's challenges. My approach is person-centered and empathetic, aiming to help you feel empowered to make meaningful changes in your life and reach your goals. I am dedicated to building a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters hope, healing, and growth for everyone who walks through my door. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-focused CBT(TF-CBT) with elements of play and a sprinkle humor, tailoring each session to support your unique needs. I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families on their path to healing and improvement, and I am honored to be a part of your journey.
