I have over 15 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, teens, and families. I have previously worked in private practice, medical social work, school-based therapy, community mental health, domestic violence services, hospice and palliative care services.

Everyone is different. We all have different needs, challenges, strengths, and experiences. I aim to create strong, therapeutic relationships that are built on honesty, trust and kindness. I use an individualized treatment approach with my patients to find the best fit for them physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have experience in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to help my patients establish and achieve their personal goals.
