I have experience working with individuals in outpatient and inpatient mental health care settings providing individual and group therapy. Most recently, I worked in a hospital-based mental health intensive outpatient program. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches.

I am prepared to tailor your treatment to what you need. I work alongside clients to help support them through their healing, while also challenging maladaptive behavior and patterns of thinking. I aim to provide compassionate care while incorporating elements of humor and fun along the way.
