I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field including in schools, residential treatment facilities, the judicial system, women’s health, and child advocacy centers.
Including but not limited to: Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Divorce, Relationship Concerns, Grief and Loss, Trauma, LGBTQ, Sexuality/Gender Identity Issues, special interest in issues related post and prepartum as well as survivors of sexual abuse.
I understand that the journey to therapy isn’t always a smooth one but my goal is to meet my clients where they are. I enjoy learning and hearing from client’s on their life’s experiences and joining with them in their progress. I use a treatment approach that is holistic, strength’s-based, and catered to each specific client. I utilize many treatment methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to work towards the client’s goals. It is important to me to treat every client with grace, humor, and kindness.
